This tour is especially for horse riders/or horse trekkers/or hikers.

You will commence your tour by flying to Gonder - the city of castles. After visiting the city and acclimatizing your self to the altitude, you will drive to Sankaber and spend the night camping. The next morning trekking/horse riding begins. You will ride to Gich , then to Chenek . Here the trekking ends and you will drive back to Gonder .

You will then drive to Bahirdar , and pass the balance of the day in the market and sunset view. The next morning you will have a full day boat trip on Lake Tana visiting some Islands and old monasteries. Then you will fly to Axum-the city of old Ethiopian civilization.

After visiting the archaeological spots, you will again fly to Lalibela , for a visit of the eleven rock hewn churches and the out lying churches like Yimrehana chiristos. Then the historic part of your trip ends here and you will fly to Addis to drive to Dodolla -your next trekking area. There you will trek for three days and drive back to Awassa and relaxing in either Wendogenet or Langano beach, you will come back to Addis.

Remark

Please note you may need to bring with you some horse riding equipments with you like horse ride shoes!
